Portfolio & sector focus

Where the capital goes.

ZOGA Capital concentrates on the sectors where long-horizon Nigerian industrial capital is structurally underprovided — solid minerals, integrated agro-industry, strategic manufacturing, and federal development programmes.

Nigerian institutional capital markets
Federal · Industrial · Long-dated

Capital structured for Nigerian industrial sponsors — and for the federal agencies and development-finance institutions they partner with.

ZOGA Capital concentrates on sectors where long-horizon Nigerian industrial capital is structurally underprovided — where the transaction tenor required to build real capacity is longer than the horizon most short-cycle capital can carry.

The default portfolio posture is Nigerian sponsor, Nigerian value, long tenor. Transactions are structured with federal agency alignment from the start, with development-finance participation where the tenor demands it, and with offtake and community commitments that are enforceable rather than aspirational.

Within the ZOGA Holdings group, ZOGA Capital arranges project finance for ZOGA Mining in Benue State and ZOGA Agro-Allied in the cassava value chain. Outside the group, we take mandates from Nigerian industrial sponsors, federal agencies, and development banks whose transaction posture matches ours.

Group integration

Balance-sheet finance for the group's operating subsidiaries, and mandate-based advisory for Nigerian industry beyond it.

Mining — Project-finance structuring for concessions in Kwande LGA, Benue State, under federal-ministry and Mining Cadastre Office alignment.

Agro-Allied — Producer credit, processing CAPEX, and offtake facilities across the four-stage cassava value chain, with BOI and CATAS partners.

External mandates — Nigerian industrial sponsors, federal agencies, and development banks routed through the group office in Abuja.
