About ZOGA Capital

Institutional capital, Nigerian in orientation.

ZOGA Capital is the finance and advisory pillar of ZOGA Holdings — a diversified Nigerian group chaired by Her Majesty Queen Zaynab Otiti Obanor. We arrange project finance, capital-markets participation, and institutional advisory on long horizons and with federal alignment from the start.

Abuja, Nigeria — headquarters
Headquartered in Abuja · Federal-aligned

ZOGA Capital arranges institutional finance for Nigerian industrial development — project finance for operating sponsors, capital-markets participation for longer-term investors, and offtake structuring for producers and processors. The operating posture is deliberate: long horizons, federal and development-finance alignment, and a bias toward capital that stays long enough to see the build through.

The business was structured around a simple proposition: Nigerian industrial capital should be arranged by actors who live with the consequences. That shapes how transactions are structured, how risk is priced, how partners are selected, and how long we commit to stay with a sponsor.

ZOGA Capital sits within the ZOGA Holdings group alongside ZOGA Mining (Nigerian solid minerals in Benue State) and ZOGA Agro-Allied (integrated cassava value chain). The three pillars share a single Abuja group office, a single Chairperson, and a consistent posture: build with regulators and communities, not around them.

What we are not

  • We are not a short-horizon trading desk. Every mandate is structured to outlast a single cycle.
  • We are not a fee-harvesting advisor. Alignment with the sponsor's outcome is a precondition of engagement.
  • We do not arrange transactions we would not ourselves hold. Our balance-sheet posture and our advisory posture are the same posture.
